Keywords:

The spirit of modern business life can not be imagined without the Internet and its networks. Electronic commerce enables easy and fast communication, quick transmission of large amounts of data over long distances, digital delivery of goods and services, money online payments, creation of virtual organizations. The rapid increase in computer crime has led to technical, legal and operational problems. The primary task of legal regulation of eletronic trade is to encourage its development, while at the same time trying to prevent its abuse. It is difficult to estimate the number and type of criminal offenses in the area of computer crime that occur in the course of e-commerce, as well as the economic damage caused by the commission of these crimes. This fact makes this subject legally current and still insufficiently explored in practice.
